Agreement for purchase

It is our aim to ensure each customer receives the highest quality plugs in their order. If they arrive damaged to the point they won’t grow properly, you may file a claim for a replacement. The requirements are to email us at info@kurapia.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic documentation before planting plugs. Please note if inclement weather is questionable please notify us to hold your shipment by Friday 10 am, other we cannot be held responsible for damages of frozen shipments or excessive heat, and will not honor claims.

Kurapia is protected by US Patent #20120 & #27026 & #29010. Plants cannot be sold, propagated, transplanted, or resold under penalty of  law.

We recommend Kurapia be planted in Arid regions of the United States, USDA Zones 7b and above for best results.
